Kevin Gallagher, (JD/MA) is the Director of Emergent Resilience, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that helps build resilience for a climate-changing world. Kevin previously worked as an environmental attorney in Washington, D.C., where he advised President Barack Obama’s Blue-Ribbon Commission on America’s Nuclear Future and acted as lead associate on Federal loan guarantee and tax credit applications that were awarded more than $500 million on more than $1.5 billion in project capital.
