- The Conservation Programs Committee (CC) manages the land and water resource protection and stewardship programs and activities of VIEW THE FUTURE, consistent with the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan.

- The Board authorized John Thielacker and approved a staffing temporary committee, to investigate the feasibility of hiring VtF’s first paid staff person to handle day-to-day operations. This staff person would also increase VtF’s progress in achieving its mission and help lead us to a promising future. The idea of adding professional staff is also part of our strategic plan.
VtF’s staffing committee has now met several times and has had productive discussions on the
merits of creating VtF’s first professional staff position.
