View the Future’s Board of Directors successfully completed an intense, ten-month “introspective” and visionary process and adopted our first strategic plan entitled View the Future 2023-2028 Strategic Plan (click to open link). This Plan will now be implemented by our Board over the next three to five years to strengthen internal capacity, further our mission and vision, increase community collaborations and engagement and expand our conservation impact.
Now posted on our VtF website is a six-page “public” version of the 2023-2028 Strategic Plan. We hope that our readers can use this version to learn more about us and our planned organizational and conservation activities.
We could not have completed this key step in our evolution as a land trust without the generous and thoughtful input received from so many of our Yachats community members and conservation colleagues, as well as the wise consult we received from our strategic planning specialist Deb Merchant. Our Board wishes to thank you all for your interest and continued support!
